These terms govern the use of our website and the provision of floor cleaning and restoration services by FloorCare London.
1. Quotes & pricing
Quotes are provided free of charge following an on-site or remote assessment and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are fixed at the time of quotation and will not change without your written agreement, except where the scope of work changes on site.
2. Bookings & cancellations
Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice at no charge. Cancellations with less notice may incur a callout charge to cover technician time.
3. Access & preparation
Clients are responsible for providing safe access to the property and clearing the work area of valuables and obstructions where reasonably possible. We will move furniture with care but cannot be held responsible for pre-existing damage.
4. Workmanship guarantee
All completed restoration work is covered by our workmanship guarantee for 12 months from completion, covering defects in the work carried out. This does not cover new damage, staining or wear occurring after completion.
5. Payment terms
Payment is due on completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Commercial contracts may be subject to separate payment terms as agreed in a service agreement.
6. Liability
FloorCare London holds £5m public liability insurance. Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the service provided, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
